I provide psychic - mediumistic readings, also psychic -mediumistic development coaching and lessons to adults ( +18 years age), via Zoom, FaceTime or Google Meets video calls.

Under current UK law, I am obliged to advise you that all readings are carried out for entertainment and experimental purposes only.

Hernan Cotroneo takes every measure possible to ensure a high standard quality of service with your psychic - mediumistic reading and tarot reading. Due to the nature of the advice offered, I must ensure that you have an understanding of and agree to the following terms:

Hernan Cotroneo does not assume and hereby disclaims any liability to any person or entity for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental or consequential) caused in regard to any information, suggestions or advice provided to you through this service or as a result of your use of this service, regardless of whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever. Choices and/or actions based on the content and guidance received in your reading are your responsibility and entirely your free will.

Health and or medical-related advise given in a reading should be checked out by a licensed medical professional before being acted upon. If you have any medical conditions that you are concerned with, Hernan Cotroneo recommends that you seek professional medical advice. Any reference made during a reading to a medical condition is not a substitute for treatment by the medical profession. Hernan Cotroneo disclaims all liability in regards to the advice given to its clients. This service is in no way to be used as a replacement for physical, mental, or psychological therapy or assistance of a physician.

 

If you are experiencing mental or physical pain, which may be a warning sign to see a physician or medical doctor, Hernan Cotroneo recommends you seek medical advice immediately and acknowledges this is not a replacement for such. Advise of a legal, financial or psychological nature should also be checked out by the appropriately trained and licensed authority.

 

Hernan Cotroneo kindly asks you to come to your reading with an open mind and a willingness to participate. Before booking a consultation, decide what it is you require from the session. Do you want evidence of survival, spiritual guidance or practical advice?  When you attend your consultation, allow yourself enough time to show up punctually and also try to ensure that you are in as calm a state as possible before you go in. If you are feeling rushed and harassed, Hernan may this pick up and your agitated state could be reflected in the reading. Communicate your needs clearly if asked by Hernan, but be aware that the answers given might be different to those which you are expecting.

Please be aware that Hernan Cotroneo has no control over who may come through during a mediumistic session and therefore there is no guarantee to be connected with a specific person in spirit. If the reading you seek is psychic and mediumistic in nature, please be aware that accepting to participate in a sesion indicates you also agree to be open to whomever friends and loved ones in spirit may come through information or a message.

Hernan Cotroneo reserves the right to refuse, cancel or discontinue any consultation or lesson at his discretion. In that event, all fees payed will be refunded in full.

I ask that you pay for consultations or lessons in advance in order to make the booking, either via pre-paid bank transfer or alternatively via Paypal (+4%)

 

If you need to cancel a consultation or an individual lesson, I request that you give 48 hours notice, otherwise the full fee will be payable. 

 

A course of 6 lessons must be completed within 60 days from the date of purchase. In case of a course (or part of a course cancellation), 50% of the payment (or upcoming lessons left) will be refunded if the notice is given up to 7 days before the start of the course (or next scheduled lesson). The full fee of the course will be payable if the cancellation notice is given less than 7 days before the start of the course (or next scheduled lesson).

Hernan Cotroneo has no liability for any client not being able to attend (or communicate within the set timing) during an online consultation, lesson, workshop or course due to problems with their internet connections.
