I provide psychic - mediumistic consultations and training lessons both in English and Spanish, via Zoom, Google Meet or FaceTime video calls. Online appointments work just as effectively as seeing you face to face.

Policies
I provide psychic - mediumistic consultations & lessons to adults ( +18 years age). Via video call or telephone.

I ask that you pay for consultations / lessons in advance in order to make the booking, either via pre-paid bank transfer or alternatively via Paypal (+4%). If you need to cancel a consultation / individual lesson, I request that you give 48 hours notice, otherwise the full fee will be payable.
A course of 6 lessons must be completed within 60 days from the date of purchase. In case of a course (or part of a course cancellation), 50% of the payment (or upcoming lessons left) will be refunded if the notice is given up to 7 days before the start of the course (or next scheduled lesson). The full fee of the course will be payable if the cancellation notice is given less than 7 days before the start of the course (or next scheduled lesson).

I reserve the right to refuse, cancel or discontinue any consultation or lesson at my discretion. In that event, all fees payed will be refunded in full.
Confidentiality
I abide by each of their ethical frameworks to ensure that our work is both ethical and strictly confidential according with UK confidentiality and data protection law.
